at 500 CZK per person

Aperitif as selected by the customer

Starter: Dalmatian Pršut ham served with flavored cottage cheese, olives, lettuce leaves, adorned with thyme

Soup: Beef broth with liver dumplings

Main course: Chicken breast roast soaked in chilies and yoghurt, served with a baked potato, sweet-and-sour chilli sauce, cream, and tomato salsa

Dessert: Hot love – vanilla ice cream with warm raspberries marinated in vodka over it

at 650 CZK per person

Aperitif as selected by the customer

Starter: Creamy horseradish ham roll

Soup: Beef broth with liver dumplings

Main course: Roasted beef tenderloin in creamy vegetable sauce served with freshly cooked bread dumplings and cranberries over it

Dessert: Honey cake with cream and caramel topping poured over it

at 800 CZK per person

Aperitif as selected by the customer

Starter: Parma ham with pineapple salsa and a toast

Soup: Beef broth with liver dumplings

Main course: Pork tenderloin marinated in herbs with creamy mushroom sauce and fried potato meringues

Dessert: Chocolate hearts with creamy cheese and fresh fruit

at 1000 CZK per person

Aperitif as selected by the customer

Starter: Caesar salad with croutons, topped with delicious dressing and grilled chickent breasts

or

Smoked salmon dressed with honey mustard, and lettuce topped with herbs and lemon served with toast

Soup: Creamy spinach soup with smoked salmon and poached egg

or

Beef consommé with liver dumplings and spring vegetables

Main course: Fresh grilled salmon with sesame crust topped with basel sauce and served with mashed potatoes and green asparagus

or

Beef sirloin steak topped with herb butter and red wine and cranberry sauce, served with fried potato pancakes

Dessert: Fresh strawberry tartar topped with mint on lemon sorbet

or

Chocolate mousse topped with orange sauce
